The Basketball Experience is a Non-Profit Organization dedicated to providing an enriching, inclusive, and developmental basketball training environment, where we leverage basketball as a tool for fostering life skills, confidence, and a love for sports, allowing players of all ages and skill levels to see the impact a Basketball Experience can have!
Our dynamic basketball skill program is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated coaches to join our team and help young athletes, ages 2.5 to 17, elevate their game!
What we are looking for:
- A heart for service and a genuine passion for basketball and youth development.
- Previous experience in coaching, training, or a related educational role. Experience with young children in a professional setting is highly valued!
- Availability for consistent evening and/or weekend sessions that align with our program session schedules.
- Adaptability to follow our program lesson plans, while maintaining the flexibility, and creativity to adapt training to meet the needs of the players.
- Someone eager to learn and grow. We provide support on certifications, and will provide training on our systems and styles, plus ongoing support from our experienced TBE coaches.

Become a Basketball Referee

The Basketball Experience is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing player development and cultivating a love for the game. Our TBE 3x3 League provides a unique blend of skill-focused training, strategic teachings, and competitive gameplay, all following official FIBA 3x3 rules. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as part-time referees!
If you have a background in basketball or officiating, or you're eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to get involved and make a real impact in your community.
What we are looking for:
- A passion for basketball and a commitment to creating a positive and developmental atmosphere.
- A background in basketball or experience in officiating is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right people!

Become a Scorekeeper
The Basketball Experience is a Non-Profit Organization dedicated to providing an enriching, inclusive, and developmental basketball training environment. We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Scorekeepers for our upcoming league. If you have a passion for basketball and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
The Scorekeeper Role
As a Scorekeeper, you are essential to the smooth operation of our games. You will be responsible for accurately tracking game statistics, including:

Operating the score clock

Recording player points & fouls on the scoresheet.

Clearly communicating scores and time remaining to officials and coaches.

Committed to Safety: Must be willing to successfully pass a background check (if over 18). This is a requirement for all staff working with our youth athletes.
