Our Basketball Experience for 14-18 year old age group is where we step into the full training programs, looking at intermediate to advanced skill development and helping athletes develop from where they are to where they need to be.

Athletic performance becomes a large emphasis here as well, as we engage in much more physically demanding drills promoting the development of strength, speed, stamina, and co-ordination.
​
Lastly, we take the cognitive development up a notch, challenging our athletes to grow their mental capacity to understand the game and see things from a different perspective.
​
Combining all of these things results in a very well rounded development program that will get every athlete we work with on the right path towards their goals on the basketball court.

All of our programs consist of a 1 hour session each week, over the course of 7 weeks.
